แอป WAWA ("แอป") จัดทำโดย บริษัท วาวา2559 จำกัด ("บริษัท") จังหวัดอุดรธานี ประเทศไทย เป็นแอปสำหรับพนักงานของบริษัทเท่านั้น ใช้งานได้เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีพนักงานที่บริษัทออกให้ บุคคลภายนอกดาวน์โหลดได้แต่ใช้งานไม่ได้

1. ข้อมูลที่แอปเก็บ

• ข้อมูลบัญชี — ชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านพนักงาน (ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ · รหัสผ่านเก็บแบบเข้ารหัสทางเดียว) และคุกกี้เข้าสู่ระบบในเครื่อง
• ตำแหน่ง (GPS) — พิกัดขณะพนักงานกด "ถึงร้าน" / "ส่งของ" / เช็คอินในทริปส่งสินค้า เพื่อยืนยันการส่งถึงร้านลูกค้า เก็บเฉพาะตอนเปิดใช้แอปอยู่ ไม่ติดตามตำแหน่งเบื้องหลัง
• รูปถ่ายและกล้อง — ใช้สแกนบาร์โค้ดสินค้า/เอกสาร และถ่ายรูปหลักฐานการทำงาน (เช่น รูปส่งของ สลิปโอนเงิน สินค้ารับคืน) รูปหลักฐานต้องถ่ายสดในแอป · แอปเลือกไฟล์จากเครื่องเฉพาะเมื่อผู้ใช้กดแนบไฟล์เอง (เช่น PDF)
• บลูทูธ / อุปกรณ์ใกล้เคียง — เชื่อมต่อเครื่องพิมพ์ใบเสร็จ/สติ๊กเกอร์แบบพกพา (แอปไม่เก็บข้อมูลอุปกรณ์อื่น)
• ข้อมูลการทำงาน — รายการที่พนักงานบันทึก เช่น การขาย การรับเงิน การส่งสินค้า และบันทึกการใช้งานเพื่อแก้ปัญหาระบบ

2. วัตถุประสงค์

ใช้เพื่อการดำเนินงานภายในบริษัทเท่านั้น ได้แก่ การขายและส่งสินค้า การตรวจสอบการส่งของ การออกเอกสาร/ใบเสร็จ และความปลอดภัยของบัญชี ไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณา และแอปไม่มีโฆษณา

3. การแบ่งปันข้อมูล

บริษัทไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่บุคคลภายนอก ข้อมูลเก็บที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัท (ผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ที่บริษัทว่าจ้างประมวลผลแทนบริษัทเท่านั้น) และเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะพนักงานที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง

4. ความปลอดภัยและการเก็บรักษา

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) เก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานและตามที่กฎหมายบัญชี/ภาษีกำหนด

5. สิทธิของคุณ

พนักงานขอดู แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือขอปิดบัญชีได้ โดยติดต่อฝ่ายบุคคล/ผู้ดูแลระบบของบริษัท หรืออีเมลด้านล่าง ปิดสิทธิ์ตำแหน่ง/กล้อง/บลูทูธได้ทุกเมื่อที่ การตั้งค่า › แอป › WAWA › สิทธิ์ (บางฟังก์ชันจะใช้ไม่ได้)

Privacy Policy — WAWA app (Android)

The WAWA app is provided by WAWA 2559 Co., Ltd., Udon Thani, Thailand, for company employees only. It works only after signing in with an employee account issued by the company.

1. Data collected

• Account — employee username and password (password stored as a one-way hash) and a sign-in cookie on the device.
• Location — GPS coordinates when the employee taps "arrived" / "delivered" / check-in on a delivery trip, to confirm delivery. Collected only while the app is in use; no background location tracking.
• Camera / photos — barcode scanning and live photos taken as proof of work (deliveries, payment slips, returned goods). Proof photos must be taken live in the app; files on the device are read only when the user chooses to attach one (e.g. a PDF).
• Bluetooth / nearby devices — connecting to portable receipt/label printers only.
• Work records — sales, payments and deliveries entered by the employee, and diagnostic logs.

2. Purpose

Internal business operations only. No advertising; the app contains no ads.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties. Data is stored on company servers (cloud providers process it on our behalf only) and accessed only by authorised staff.

4. Security and retention

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and kept only as long as needed for operations and legal/accounting requirements.

5. Your choices

Employees may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data, or account closure, through the company's HR/system administrator or the email below. Permissions can be revoked at any time in Android Settings › Apps › WAWA › Permissions.
