1. ผู้ใช้แอป

แอปนี้เป็นแอปภายในสำหรับพนักงานของ บริษัท วาวา2559 จำกัด ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น บัญชีผู้ใช้ออกโดยบริษัท ไม่มีการสมัครสมาชิกด้วยตนเอง และไม่ได้ออกแบบหรือเปิดให้เด็กใช้งาน ช่องทางแชทในแอปใช้สื่อสารเรื่องงาน (เช่น แชททริปส่งสินค้า) ระหว่างพนักงานเท่านั้น

2. นโยบายไม่ยอมรับการล่วงละเมิดเด็ก

บริษัทห้ามโดยเด็ดขาดไม่ให้มีเนื้อหาหรือพฤติกรรมการล่วงละเมิดและแสวงประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็ก (CSAE) รวมถึงสื่อการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก (CSAM) ในทุกส่วนของแอป ทั้งข้อความ รูปภาพ และไฟล์แนบ

3. การรายงานและการดำเนินการ

• รายงานในแอป: ทุกข้อความในแชทของแอปมีปุ่ม 🚩 รายงาน — กดแล้วรายงานถึงผู้ดูแลระบบและหัวหน้างานทันที
• หรือแจ้งหัวหน้างาน/ผู้ดูแลระบบของบริษัท หรือส่งอีเมลถึง suvaphee1989@gmail.com
• เมื่อได้รับรายงาน บริษัทจะตรวจสอบโดยเร็ว ลบเนื้อหา ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เก็บหลักฐานตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกฎหมาย

4. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย

บริษัทปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองเด็กที่เกี่ยวข้องของประเทศไทยและกฎหมายที่บังคับใช้ และรายงานต่อหน่วยงานรัฐ (เช่น สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ) และ/หรือ National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) เมื่อพบหรือได้รับแจ้งเนื้อหา CSAM

1. Who uses the app

The app is an internal app for employees of WAWA 2559 Co., Ltd. aged 18 or over only. Accounts are issued by the company; there is no public sign-up, and the app is not designed for or offered to children. In-app chat is used only for work communication between employees.

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

The company strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any part of the app — messages, photos and attachments.

3. Reporting and enforcement

• In-app reporting: every chat message in the app has a 🚩 Report button that immediately notifies the system administrators and supervisors.
• Users can also report to their supervisor / the company system administrator, or by email to suvaphee1989@gmail.com.
• On receiving a report, the company promptly reviews it, removes the content, suspends or terminates the accounts involved, preserves evidence as required by law, and reports to the relevant authorities.

4. Legal compliance

The company complies with applicable child safety laws of Thailand and other applicable laws, and reports CSAM to government authorities (such as the Royal Thai Police) and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) when identified or reported.
